RAFO strives to provide “work based skills” to fresh graduates through trainings. RAFO has a team partners with experts of different professions and experience that conduct such trainings. Theses trainings are intended to give employable skills to youth. They include field based project management, data management and analysis (using filed based data software like excel, spss, stata, EpiInfo. Epi Data etc), Accounting software like quick books, Ms Project, ICT packages and many others activity report writing, monitoring and evaluation, supply chain management and many professions.
