He also holds a post graduate diploma in project monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. He also holds a certificate in HIV criminalization, transmission, Exposure and non disclosure from (ARASA) Aids and Rights Alliance from South Africa) He is a global health fellow in Uganda and he obtained trainings in Global health issues from Yale University in USA. Birungi Juliet holds a Bachelor of business Administration (-Accounting and finance option) from Makerere University Kampala. She holds professional certificate for Certified Public Accountants (CPA) by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda . In addition to the above, Juliet holds a Certificate in computerized Accounting and Audit Command Language . She has a working experience of four(5) years in finance accounting and management in non profit sector. She is the programs Officer for RAFO. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and a master’s of science in Agro Ecology (sustainable agriculture and a diploma in in project planning and management with over 6 years of working with rural communities on poverty eradication programs, community empowerment especially agriculture, saving schemes and advocacy at community and national level.

Ms Evaline is the Rural Health Information and Health Updates Officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She works with rural vulnerable communities on reproductive health, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, sexual gender based violence, sexual rights, and rural community health programs for rural communities.

Mr. Kugonza Charles holds a Bachelors of Information Technology from Makerere University with skills and experience in data management, computer maintenance and network design, software development and website design. He has passionate for IC4D (Information communication technology for Development and he has played a critical role in advocating for Rural community technology access project and as well as using ICT as a tool to bridge the digital divide between rural an urban communities in Uganda.
|Ms. Najjumba Gertrude-Fundraising and community Engagement officer
Ms. Gertrude is the Fundraising and community Engagement officer with over 5 years experience in rural and community fundraising drives and mobilization. She holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Ndejje University in Uganda. She has a certificate and post graduate in project planning and management. She has worked with rural communities in resource mobilization and community service for vulnerable rural communities including refugee populations in different refugee settlements in Uganda. She has been engaged with Rural Aid Foundation starting as a volunteer in 2013 mobilizing and reaching out to high income and middle income earners in the local communities to support our work.
|Ms Asiimwe Gorret-Executive Assistant|
Ms. Gorret is the Executive Assistant at RAFO. She holds a diploma in office and secretarial studies and has over four years in office management. She also holds a certificate in computer science. She is passionate about creating hope for Orphans and she has linked many of them to churches, mosques and other help centers for support.
